Part of title page of copy from St. Thomas's Historical Collection missing. Publication details derived from copy from KCSMD Historical Collection. Although a pencil inscription on the title page, the St. Thomas's card catalogue, and D. T. Bird's "Catalogue of the printed books and manuscripts (1491-1900) in the library of St. Thomas's Hospital Medical School" state that the St. Thomas's copy was published in 1836, it is identical with the copy from the KCSMD Historical Collection published in 1837. As no edition published in 1836 has been traced, it is reasonable to assume that this copy is from the 1837 edition
